Estimate requests and direct contact
When you request an estimate, we receive the name, email address, phone number, project location and project details you provide. We use them to respond, discuss the work and manage the enquiry. Requests are delivered to Element Electric’s business email. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and protect these services.
Website operation
Our hosting service processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request time, to serve and protect the website. The estimate form uses a first-party session and security token. These protections do not require a separate advertising choice.
Google Ads conversion measurement
For applicable traffic, this website uses Google Ads to understand whether an advertisement led to an accepted estimate request. This measurement may operate when you visit, without an acceptance popup, and may store or read advertising cookies and ad-click identifiers. Google may receive page and referrer information, device and browser information, IP address, measurement events and a random request identifier used to reduce duplicate conversions.
We do not include the name, email, phone number, project address or project description entered in the estimate form in Google measurement events. We do not enable Google Analytics, enhanced conversions using form contact details, or personalized advertising and remarketing through this implementation. Measurement is configured for restricted data processing.
This implementation enables measurement only for IP ranges identified as Washington, United States, by a locally stored location database. Other locations, unknown results and missing or out-of-date regional data do not enable measurement. IP-based location is approximate, not proof of a person's physical location. The lookup stays on our host; no visitor IP is sent to a separate location-lookup service. Existing recorded advertising-measurement declines and recognized browser privacy signals keep this implementation's measurement off. Browser cookie and privacy settings may also affect measurement.
Regional data is a Washington-only subset of the November 2026 DB-IP City Lite database: IP Geolocation by DB-IP, used under CC BY 4.0. The source data has been reduced to network ranges for this policy; no visitor lookup history is stored by this implementation.
How Google uses information from partner websites explains Google’s processing. Google’s cookie information describes cookie purposes and durations.
Retention and questions
We retain enquiry information as needed to respond and manage the work, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Provider retention practices may differ. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email ElementElectricLLC@Outlook.com or call 360-304-9918. We will consider requests under applicable requirements.
If our practices change, this page will be updated. A privacy notice is not a claim that no technical data is collected.
